Housing Programs

The amount of rent paid
by the resident (Total Tenant Payment—TTP)
depends upon the specific program regulations, the
resident’s income level and/or rent amounts established.

for Public Housing, Section 8 and other programs
administered by the Housing Authority.

The Section 8 Choice Voucher Program allows clients to receive housing assistance
and lease from a private participating landlord. The client may also go “portable” with their
voucher and move anywhere in the United States, once eligibility and residency requirements are met.
